To place your order, take advantage of our website's shopping cart feature and pay via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account).
Alternately, you can e-mail us your order at info@adrenalinedogstore.com. Include the items you wish to order as well as any colour / sizing information where applicable. Please be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you so that we may obtain your payment information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: For online orders, we accept PayPal (shopping cart feature only), Visa, Mastercard and Interac E-Mail Money Transfers. Sorry, no personal cheques or CODs. If picking up in person, we also accept cash. Effective July 1st, 2010, all Canadian orders are subject to HST (13%).
SHIPPING POLICY: Adrenaline Dog Store offers flat-rate shipping throughout Canada based on the total value of your order (before taxes). Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order at checkout.
Shipping rates are as follows:
$10 for orders $0.01 to $49.99
$15 for orders $50.00 to $149.99
$20 for orders $150.00 to $199.99
$25 for orders $200.00 to $299.99
$30 for orders $300.00 and up
NOTE: We reserve the right to bill customers actual shipping charges for large, overweight or oversized items. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the additional shipping charges once your order is packaged and ready to go. All shipping charges must be paid prior to your order being released for shipping.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Parcel Service within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Multi-box, oversized or overweight orders will be shipped via Purolator or UPS Ground, whichever is more cost-effective.
For International orders, actual shipping charges will apply. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the additional shipping charges once your order is packaged and ready to go. All shipping charges must be paid prior to your order being released for shipping. Please note that Adrenaline Dog Store is not responsible for payment of any taxes or duties which may be assessed by the destination country. All taxes, duties or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us prior to returning the item. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to you. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA. Items returned for refund must be in new, sellable condition in their original packaging. Items returned for manufacturer defects, will be replaced or a store credit issued. All returns / exchanges must be completed within 14 days of order purchase / ship date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
